What I collect

Only what you hand me: your name, email, company, and the details you write into a diagnostic request or contact form. Basic, aggregated usage data may be recorded to keep the site working.

Why I hold it

To reply to you, assess fit, and deliver the work you asked for. Nothing else. No advertising profiles, no resale, no list rental.

Who sees it

I do. Beyond that, only the infrastructure providers that store the database and deliver email on my behalf, bound to process it for those purposes alone. If you check "Do Not Share My Information," your submission stays with me.

How long I keep it

For as long as the engagement or conversation is live, and afterward only where a legal or accounting obligation requires it.

Your control

Ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of anything you sent and I action it. Use the contact form and say what you want done.
